    毎年恒例の、、、、

    届きました
    毎年この時期になるとマーちゃんが実家の徳島に柚子を取りに行きます
    御すそ分けで柚子を段ボール一杯送って来るのです
    今年の柚子は粒が大きいぞ
    その柚子を使って柚子みそを作りあちこちのお友達に送るのが恒例となっています
    それを待ってくれているお友達から先日「そろそろやね～」と言われ
    とりあえず近場のお友達の分作ってみました
    といっても鍋いっぱい作ったのですが
    分け
    タッパーに分けるとあっという間になくなってしまいますが
    みんなの喜ぶ顔が目に浮かんで楽しくなります

    　　結構「柚子みそ」好評なんですよ
    　　ブロッコリーや豆腐　熱々ご飯南下にちょびっとつけて食べるとおいしいです

    ゆずはたくさんいただくのですがゆず味噌って知りませんでした(-_-;)
    ゆずの酢を使ってしめ鯖を作ると香りも良く上品で美味しいですよ〜
